Terms of Service for Gattr

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gattr mobile application (“Gattr”, “the App”).

Gattr is a mobile application created and operated by Betelgeuse Studio LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its registered address at 1021 E Lincolnway, 9717, Cheyenne, WY 82001, Laramie, United States.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Betelgeuse Studio LLC.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gattr.

If you are under the age required by the laws of your country to consent to data processing, you may only use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Service

Gattr allows users to:

  • Import recipe content from external links, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and websites
  • Generate clean and structured recipes using artificial intelligence
  • Save recipes in a personal digital cookbook
  • View, edit, and organize saved recipes
  • Optionally create an account to sync content across devices
  • Access premium features through a paid subscription

Recipes and related content are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

Gattr is provided for personal and non-commercial use only.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. Some core features may be accessible without registration.

If you choose to create an account, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You will not share, transfer, or sell your account to others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your account information
  • Cloud-synced recipes
  • Social or shared connections linked to your account

Data stored locally on your device may remain until you uninstall the App.

5. User Content

You may import, create, or upload recipe-related content (“User Content”).

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use and submit the content
  • The content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • The content complies with applicable laws and platform rules

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

We do not claim ownership of User Content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Upload harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas
  • Reverse-engineer or misuse the App
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

7. AI-Generated Content

Gattr uses artificial intelligence to generate and rewrite recipes.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
You use such content at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect instructions
  • Missing allergen information
  • Miscalculated nutrition values
  • Food safety or health-related issues

You should always verify recipes and ingredients before use.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Gattr offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials in the App, excluding User Content, are owned by Betelgeuse Studio LLC or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written permission.

10. External Links and Third-Party Content

Gattr allows importing content from third-party platforms and websites.

We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or legality of third-party sites
  • Any issues arising from external platforms
  • Violations caused by imported content

You are responsible for respecting third-party rights when using external content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, safety, or uninterrupted operation.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betelgeuse Studio LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or health issues
  • Damages resulting from inaccurate recipes or AI output
  • Issues related to third-party content or services

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

We may also update these Terms.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
